Q: "I visited the shop but don't see what I found Online! Can I still have it shipped?"

If you have seen a product In-Store, or on social media, but can't find it online, we will make arrangements to have it shipped to you! We also take orders over the phone and by email at hello@soulpaper.ca.  You can also reach us via DM (direct messaging) on Instagram and Facebook and even by snail mail.  If it's not sold out, we will find a way to get it to you.

Q: "Are you wheelchair accessible?"

Yes! We are Wheelchair accessible!!  Our new location @ 810 Broadway Avenue is outfitted with ramps for ease of access. We also make accommodations for wider corridors/pathways throughout our space, but do sometimes have areas that are a little cluttered with merchandise.  Just ask and we will make adjustments if necessary to ensure your time with us is just the best. 

Q: "Why can't I get the same card I got last month?"

A large percent of our vendors are small incredibly creative family businesses that only make limited quantities of their products.  This is also true for many of our notebooks, fountain pens, journals and sheet papers.  They often have fabulous ideas, create limited editions and then do it all over again.  So much of what we carry changes.  Sometimes weekly.

Q: "I made a mistake! Can I change my order?"

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to help you make changes to your order such as shipping address or wrong or missing items. Email or Call us at (306) 665-6585.  We will do our best to help you.

Q: "How do I know my order has shipped?"

You will also receive an e-mail from us when your order ships. You can always log into your account to see the details about your recent order(s).

Q: "My order has shipped, but how do I track it?"

You should receive a email to confirm the shipment of your order and it contains the tracking information necessary to track your package. If you sign up for an account, you will have access to a link within of ALL your online orders and the tracking information of each.

Please note that not all shipping methods have full tracking. All domestic shipments come with full delivery confirmation. On the other hand, with USA & International orders, tracking will depend on the shipping method.

Q: I received my order, but items in it are damaged/missing. Help?

At Soul Paper we pride ourselves with the care and attention of each package we ship. We do our best to ship your orders in the most economical way possible and in the most timely matter. At times, however, there are delays due to high demand of a products and sometimes delays with our distributor.  And every so often it may be something totally out of our control. Please review our Shipping Policy and/or our Refund Policy for further details.

Q: I need help finding a replacement ink cartridge/refill for my my favourite pen?

With literally thousands of pen manufacturers it is difficult to find just the right refill, but we will do our best to assist and have several varieties in store.  Bring your pen and drop in for a visit.  We may just have a refill tucked away.
